| Heads up for new/potential Traxxas UDR owners!
Just letting people know that if you plan on using batteries without Traxxas ID plugs, you'll need to make sure the adapters you use will fit inside the battery box. I bought solid ones thinking they would work but there's not enough room for the wire to make the bend with the cover on. So you'll have to make sure you pick up a pair that have wire between the plugs. And make sure it's heavier gauge wire. I would say at least #12awg. You need these: Not these: Last edited by EZCompany; 05-04-2018 at 09:38 PM. |

Wouldn't it be cheaper to just turn all your plugs over to one style?

And to buy a Traxxas plug, a dean's plug and a couple feet of wire to make 2 adaptors, it's cheaper and easier to just buy some premade ones. | |
