Default Micro Crawlers

What do you guys think about the 1/25 Scale Micro Crawlers with the SSMT Axles? Im builing one now if i can find some axles.

They are supposed to be good if you can find the original ones they are more realistic looking tires/wheels, and axles.

Where can I find a SSMT donor truck,can't even find them on ebay,does ssmt stand for something?

Super Slicks Monster Truck... the current ones are 1/24th scale. The really cool, hard to find ones with the scale looking axles are 1/43rd scale.

Check the Micro Trux forum at www.scale4x4rc.org. Lots of info over there.

I got one of the 1/24 but never really did anyhting with it, then I found one of the 1/43 to pull the axles from. They're pretty fun to build!







I think this little guy might be in the classifieds or on Ebay next week when I get back in town though... It's a lot of fun but I never use it and have too many projects (including another little 1/24 comp rig, lol)!

i have one thats belt drive with no steering... was gonna try and make it a rc but gave up.. it just has an on switch but it would go over anything

So you need 1/43 scale ones and they don't make em anymore? And what do they look like stock? I have no clue what they look like stock.
