Here's the Mini-Z I'm working on. Once it gets warm enough to paint I'll finish it up with some flat black or metallic red, I have yet to decide. I apologize for some of the pics...the camera I use has no zoom, focus, or megapixels. And are there size restrictions on picture sizes? I'm having trouble resizing... Anyways, here it is when I first got it. I was running Xtruck Lift Kit tires on it. They were ok, they just wore out too fast. I liked the look of them though. Making carpet hills is fun...try it sometime So then I made a little trail for it, complete with bridge. It got washed out the the rain next week. I still have the bridge, I'll probably use it this summer and make a new one. Here it is with the skid and Lego tires. Then there's this brush guard I'm working on. Once the body is repainted I'll mount it. Comments and suggestions are always welcome. |

Thanks for the comments. You'd be amazed by how well the tires work, all I had to do was mod the stock rims. I started painting it today. I'd tell you the color, but I like keeping secrets. Let's just say it's shiny. Now all I need is the chassis to get back from factory repairs... Oh yeah, I'm going to put the stock arm in a gold can for some "bling" factor. After all, it is a Lexus |
