Default Leaf spring bending??

This might be newbie ? but i have search and didn't turn up with anything. how do you make, bend leafsprings? I have 1/2" wide lawnmower starter stuff. it seems really easy to bend by hand. maybe thats y you put in 3 or so leafs. right?

yeah if you want the eyes you need to make a jig or something. like two nails real close to eachother and bend it that way. if your spring is too soft add another leaf. post pics! not alot of info i have seen on that.

yeah il post pics this weekend when i get time. I wonder is 1.82 lbs too much for frame rails because i am usin 1/4" steel plate and i still have to grind it alot but .91 lbs is it for one framerail and i hope to lowerit to around .70/.50 or so each.

thats pretty heavy.. but whatever! run it then see if its too heavy.
