is there any one who is locking the transmission and the axles

word is if you lock the transmission you will just strip the plastic gears inside the tranny. everyone locks their axles though. go to the top stick, hpi converts the wk to a crawler. gL

dang you all are hard on first timers. seems like not so long ago you all were "noobs". cut the guy some slack. if everyone jumped all over everyone no new people will keep coming back. you would be better off to get a new tranny but www.tcscrawlers.com has some lockers that you can get for the axles that hold up very well.

I can't say for sure that my trans is locked because I bought my wk used. But I've never heard the clicking that some people associate with the slipper in the trans. When I get REALLY bound up, either everything stops moving or the plastic hex's in my wheels start stripping. So I think it's locked. I know the internal gears are fine though.

i thought that people lock the trans because i now that the scorpion trans is locked
