Default Need lower shock mount ideas.

I installed the team strc crawler kit, and now I need some kind of new lower shock mounts because they are kinda wedged now with the new angle of them.. Any ideas?

I run Kreepy Krawler's Lock Jaw mounts. The Crawler Store also make a mount.

Do you by any chance have a part number or a link for any of those? I couldn't pull them up.

This how I set mine up. I just reused the stockers. Its plenty strong. The pics are kind of scrambled date wise.

This is how I did mine. I just rotated the stock parts 90 degrees. I used a little longer screw on the top with a small spacer to push the lower shock mount back 1/4 inch

Never did like the 'clamp' idea so I went a different route and made my own truss.

The technical name is 'Suspension Stays' and yes, they are from the TLT-1 kits

The suspension stays are too tall to bolt directly to the axle case. You'll need some type of bracket.

Or you could drill a hole in the stays and mount them directly to the axle.
