Default is the Savage body a direct fit to CK?

See note about body mounts here;

The clear (unpainted) body has to be trimmed and holes need to be made for the bodyposts, and the wheel Base is at 12.5 inches.
Check the notes on the body..... http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...E7&P=**Missing Data**

I was thinking of the pre-painted bodies. GT1, GT2, Flux, etc.

I was pretty sure you were talking about the body pictured in the link you posted, which is made to fit Maxx and Savage trucks, there was absolutely nothing about a prepainted GT1, GT2 or Flux in your original post, perhaps you should have mentioned that. So sorry I wasted your time.

Cool!
I guess I should learn to read; Fantastic Scale Looks

We haven't forgotten about great looks, either: topped with either a Land Rover Defender 90 or Jeep Wrangler bodyshell and featuring bright chrome beadlock wheels, the Crawler King is ready for scale concours honours! You can easily fit other Savage-size bodyshells on the Crawler King, because it includes handy adjustable body mounts that allow any HPI monster truck bodyshell to fit precisely on the chassis!

The Crawler King has the mounts you need. Just match up as close as you can the wheel base of vehicles and bodes and you are good to go. The world wont end if they aint perfect. Usually there is a little trimming for crawling to, so you can also improve the look.
