Default tranny comparison

OK so I locked my tranny couple months ago stripped the small gear yesterday (damn heavy throttle finger ) 50 bucks for rc4wd gears or 60 for there complete tranny? Maybe 100 for a 2speed dig unit? Any thoughts?

i say 2 speed dig...

i put a single speed r2 trans with dig in mine...here's an old post...

rc4wd r2 trans in wk.

New tranny...... even single speed w/ dig & you'll be happier than with the stock tranny.

Are the trannys durable? I was trying to use a pede tranny I had laying around just for parts availability but it just don't want to fit in my EEM chassis. Plus I'm running a 18.5 goat system with a 2s 5400.
