I broke a servo saver and the front tie rod. I thought the servo saver broke pretty easily. I earned the tierod breakage tho. (driver error)

Within 3 battery packs on my stock W-K I broke the steering bellcrank on the front axle and the servo saver. So I promptly tore it down and built it into a crawler! No breakage in its current form though!

As the bell crank is the only thing I have broken on my WK rig. I have to say I believe it is the weakest link in the WK armor. It broke in the first 15 minutes I ran it. But I made a steel replacement and have had any other problems. TO break an axle is an acomplishment or improper assembly as I have bashed my rig in many ways without doing that. Maybe I just don't drive hard enough. YET

Yep, improper assembly busted the axle. Darn o-ring came out of the stub axle somewhere in the assembly process; never did turn up. I busted the bellcrank that pivots on the tranny after replacing the bellcrank on the axle with aluminum. Made a new servo mount to put the servo on the axle. I'm not crazy about how it looks, but it darn sure won't break! Pics are in the same link posted in the original post.

I've broken a servo saver, tried to glue it til the new one ended up stripping the gears out of the servo. I then added a heavy duty Futaba servo and broke a bell crank. That is about it for the front end. My rear diff is making this horrible clicking noise when i mount my puller tires on it so I have to get some hardened gears. Other than that I love this truck, it take a beating and keeps on ticking!

You may need to shim that rear end. That has been noted by others

Are the WK's axles any tougher than the TLT axles? Ive only got 2 comps, and a few practice crawls on my new tlt rig and Im already sick of changing axle shafts. Looking for a better option over the tlt (no clods please )
