Default Revo A Arms to Extend

I have extended my WK using Revo A arms. They did need a little modification but they are working great and have giving me the articulation that I need.

I'm guess its the top link also... I pretty much did the same thing, but made it out of some flat stock alum.

I was wondering if they would work. I have a Revo and was looking at it's suspension the other day and wondering if they'd fit. I thought of using the A-arm as the upper link and then try to get some of the pushrods or turnbuckles from the Revo as the lowers.

Let's see some pics

I'm using either the stock WK uppers (modified slightly) or MGT lower a-arms for my WK upper links.

Ya, I used the A arm for the upper link. I tried to make a 4 link but did not have enuff trianglelation so I went to a 3 link. I used threaded rod and steel brake line for the lower link. I found the brake line was the only thing that would hold up to the bashing.

Pictures are forth comming.

do you have any pics compared to the stock normal revo arm? it looks like you shaved the front down a bit. and they are the front uppers? and how long did you make the bottem links?

That has to be one of the rear lowers from a Revo. None of the other arms are concentric. The only thing I can see that would have to be trimmed is the spot on the end of the arm where you connect the suspension push rods...but it's only plastic right

ya its only plastic, I found that I had to shave the sides and then cut it down to the length that I wanted. The lower links are about 5 1/2 inches long.
