Default Drive Shafts for Wheely King

I'm shocked that noone has jumped on the oppurtunity to produce beefier Axle Drive Shafts for the WK. It's a known fact they break when you lock the axles and get stuck in a rut. I won't lock mine until someone comes out with a something that won't snap when you apply some serious grunt. I've got a Hacker B50 waiting to go into mine. And no, it won't be crawling:-P

Yeah, I saw those the RC4WD axle cases. but it'd be pretty ridiculous to have a bullet proof axle cases with fragile axle shafts snapping left and right.

I haven't heard anything about HD shafts. Who's making them?

I've bound mine up pretty tight, and no broken axle yet. I carry spares, just in case (gotta love how easy they are to swap!).

I have beat mine pretty good and then let my 5 year old have a turn, he has jammed it up and jumped it pretty good. Not broken yet.

Funny, mine's still 2wd, geared 96/12 and I put the wheels on good - I locked my diff, jammed the whole thing up in a crevass back here and the only thing bearing down on the throttle did was strip the hex out of the stock wheels. Fortunately, my rocksters have shipped....

This site is a great resource. Why wouldn't I be here? Maybe you haven't noticed they added a Scale Rigs Tech Talk section, also for those not just into crawlers. No need to thank me for pointing that one out. In any case, I have two WKs, and both need not be crawlers. I'm pretty certain lots of folks here own r/c's that aren't crawlers. Less smartmouthing and more templates please You do great work

I'm glad to hear everyone's having such good fortune. I'll skip the brushless and just go with mod brush motors for now.
