| 60/40 4 link question
I am just getting started and have a question about the upper and lower 4-link. I have tried to look up info on this in the search tool but nothing aswers my question. Can someone explain this better for me? This is a great forum, it has helped me a lot with my wk4x4 build.

I'm pretty sure 60/40 means that you have your axles 40% away from center in the front and 60% in the rear. Not real sure about that though, but it makes sense to me. More length in the rear is going to make climbs easier.

It means that the chassis is more twords the front of the crawler. 40% of the overall length of the links is in the front, and 60% of the length is in the rear. I don't know if that makes sense or not.
