how would 45 weight shock oil do in them

I don't see why it wouldnt work, unless you jump it, then the shock caps might come off.

if your crawling w/ it, that should be about right. you can also open the shocks up and drill out one or both of the oil-pass holes. it will allow the shocks to move easier, and pass the oil quicker thru the piston.
