Sounds like the trannies' slipper, wk had a peculiar spring deal slipper, i changed the tranny in mine just because of that, but there are some alternatives to lock it, i'll look into mine later tonight and i will post back.

I appreciate the input and willingness to check. To add, I did disconnect the front drive line making it 2wd (rear) and I had clicking still. Then I did the same disconnecting the rear making it 2wd (front) and still had clicking. This would have me believe it is the tranny unless both diffs were clicking and both started doing it at the same time. Thanks again for the assistance. |

| Re: WK Tranny Fix The clicking is mostly caused by the factory slipper not meshing correctly due the unit not sitting flush due to extra flashing that wasn't removed by the factory. It's an extra fix with an xacto knife.
