| Steering throw
Other than a longer steering servo arm what are the other ways to increase the steering throw on a wheely king axle. Is there some steering geometry trick or something.

if you are running stock knuckles and axle c's you can shave them down and bend a rod for steering i had a set and the steering arm would touch the axle housing

Yea, that is my problem now I have 1.25" servo arm and the transfer bar is hitting the housing. I guess I will just make a custom one like I did the links. I was just wondering if there was something I had not thought of, or a product I had not seen yet. Thanks. |

I got crazy steering on my highly modded wheely king. The first thing I did was change my Knuckles and C's to RCP's high clearance set with the MIP CVDs RCP offers then I "borrowed" a set o offset rod ends from the Axial AX10 kit and made my own rod from 1/4" aluminum rod. Check it out:
