Here is a link to a video of a couple of guys at this location

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYovEtbhsbs

Also we will be offering some in store specials the day of the event. So stop by and check them out

The terrain is slick rock mixed in with some sand. Some of the rocks will have standing water in them. Might set up a course to go through a little water!

Tested this site a few times and should offer some great scale terrain. Should be able to get some great pics. Also some big obstacles that will offer a challenge to any vehicle.

Damn, I have to work but maybe I'll see if I can switch my shift and come over for a few hours. Hopefully I'll have my new AX-10 done by then. I've never crawled at that spot but it looks like a lot of fun.

So are we going more scale rigs, or comp rigs. Just curious, I like to keep my comp rig dry, my scale rig can play in the water though

We should have at least 2 courses laid out. We will do the same laid back scoring we have used in the past. Just come out and have fun is the main plan! If there is time we could lay out more courses to! Any questions let us know.

Working on a scale Mini Losi. Also a Rhinox from RC4wd. Finishing up a Diablo, but it will only be up and running at the Pocatello event.
Phone number for both shops---Pocatello Dapco 208-233-8163 Idaho Falls Dapco 208-529-9500 also sent you a pm slowngreen.

Hope to have a few finishing touches added to the BUG and have it out there.

Here's some of the pics I took. It was a lot of fun, and it was a cool spot to crawl that I'd never been to before. Thanks to Cory and the guys from Dapco for getting it all together.

Wow---better than I thought the weather would be. It had rained on Friday and wasn't supposed to be much warmer than freezing. But it was actually not to bad. The rain left the courses with a lot of moisture, and the cold made the rocks even slicker. Made for some challenging courses. We had a great turn out. Thanks to Spencer and Tyson for setting up some fun courses. Thanks to all that made it out. I had a ton of fun. Great to get out and see all the great rides out there! I will post up my pics later this week as soon as I can downsize them!
