Default 1.9 winter series?

I have resisted this but I am thinking we as a club need to give in and have some 1.9 comps.... Opinions? I know some members have them and allot dont (including myself).

I do not nave one but would like to see more of them. I hope to get a f350 hilift or build one with a nice milled chassis around x-mas and would like to pick up a wk to mod for a mudtruck. Would this be 1.9 crawler or scale? I really like the scale and was the route I'm going

I forgot about the scaler class 1.9's........ maybe have scaler class, "open" 1.9" (modded rigs using 1.9's and axles/trans of builders choice), and a box stock class for the Losi and DTX rigs.

just hung up the phone with RC Hobbies, they are interested in a 1.9 event this winter... either Dec or Jan in addition to a 2.2. Actually, they are talking about wanting to do something twice a week so, if another club member wanted to take the lead on it it sounds like we could set something regular up with them (Im too busy to dedicate 2 dates a month this winter)

Rock Fink, the rules are written so that TLT's will work, maybe PTI's but Axials wont... suck it up. The new axial 1.9 mini wont be out till after the first (ooops did I let the cat out of the bag)

I'm not convinced that Mini Crawlers are here to stay yet, I've never got into mini RC or mini anything for that matter...... I like 1/10th and 1/8th scale for RC cars, trucks and boats, 35% for RC planes.

I would agree, Im not sure if it will stick around and I am more of a 1/10 and 1/8 scale fan but all afternoon we have been setting up "courses" in the office and its been a blast. With winter coming it will be allot of fun in the house.
