Need Input from anyone in the area, club member or not. If we hosted a 1.9 comp at Rc Hobbies in Naperville, would you come and compete. I dont want to host a comp and only have 5 show.  |

It is so cold that there is little else to do besides watch TV and surf the net. It is even too cold to work on the Warhead in the garage. I was going stir crazy and went to Menards for a few minutes....was glad to get back home.

i think it would be nice to have 1.9 comps but not let them interfer with the 2.2 comps. I would def be in on the 1.9 comps.

If you mean the losi mrcs by 1.9 those are cheap in price and cheap for replacement parts. I'm surprised that more new people to the sport don't buy those. Sure they can't go over as much as 2.2 1/10th scale ones and there isn't any comps for them yet that I seen but for the price they can't be beat. Heck I'd rather have one of those instead of mine if there was plenty of comps all over for it because it's so cheap and the parts are so cheap compared to my 2.2 1/10th scale one. My vote is no since I already have a rock crawler and don't want to buy another plus there needs to be comps at lhr because naperville is to far for me. Jetboat if enough people were in favor on 1.9s maybe you should have comps every month. 1 for 2.2 1/10th scaled ones and then 1 for the losi mrc 1.9s. Like at the same place you have scheduled for the 2.2 comps. Just my thought.

if enough people were in favor of 1.9's we would consider hosting 1.9 comps with our 2.2 comps in the summer. (Like it says above )

I think it would be fun to launch Losi MRC's from a skeet thrower and shoot them with shotguns.... Just a thought.... On a more serious note, I'm actually starting to consider the purchase of a mini, I'm curious to see what is discussed at our next meeting. |

I'm new to all of this and as I posted before intrested in 1.9 comeptition. I want to sign up to join the club and I'm trying to get jan 17th off from work. (not sure if I can though layoffs and all that fun) . If I cannot make it on the 17th can you please tell me how to sign up for the club I saw that info some place some time ago but I cannot seem to find it anymore.
