Yeah your right. The next time I tear it down I will lock the diffs. Been running on dirt tracks,the open diffs work great. For the koh deal I will lock both diffs up for real 4 wheel drive |

Here is How it sits right now. Race Date ???? 10:00am shooting for 4/6 Tire size (5.75" max or less) - (no super tires) There will be a 1.9 class winner \ 2.2 a ultimate winner (any-thing over 1.9 in wheel size) KOH Racing program: Pre/Qualifying Round. one truck timed pre/qualifying run: 1 lap. (used for matching up drivers per time for the qualifying rounds) This will be ran on a smaller track Qualifying Rounds. 2* rounds of qualifying. Three trucks on the course at once. using a staggered start (everyone on there own clock). 3 laps* per round. 3 laps* in the least amount of time wins that qualifier. Best overall qualifying times will determine your starting position. A Main: 5 laps*, no time limit, 30 sec. staggered start. 5 laps* in the least amount of time wins !! |

I've been in a fabricating mood lately.. I'm working on my monster truck, I got a small project I gotta do for a guy..and I'm still wanting more. Maybe I'll see If I can fab up a quick KOH style chassis.. I gotta do something to pay for that star too! Hmm.. |

But its complex and you'd probably lose time. Really I don't think the time you'll save with an open front compared to the close front will make that much of a difference, especially given the size of our course! | ||
