Nasty fall from high up. About 12' maybe. Direct hit on the wheel, CRACK! I think it was time to upgrade anyway |

Nice tires. The Pit Bull 2 stage foams seem a little soft. The rubber is just so soft. If you take a new tire out of the package and ball it up it just sticks together in a big gob. Mad Dawg was pretty happy with them. He never put on his Sedonas |

| I love carnage pictures..................oh, wait...that was MINE! As you can see my tire testing was cut a little short. I only got about 1 hour of testing in before I suffered a catastrophic axle failure from tumbling down the side of a mountain. It will be a while before I can do a TRUE fair tire test with the Rock Beasts. Initial thought of the Pit Bull tire / foam combo was this: Tires are soft and sticky and the same height as the Rover tire only a LOT wider. The outer foam was perfect but the inner foam was way too soft but my Berg weighs a few grams less than a Sherman tank....so that might change after the Berg goes on a diet this winter. |
