Default July 3rd-Kentucky Fun crawl at Green River

Here's the details folks.

Everything will go down on July 3rd starting around 9 A.M. and going until we either die from sunburn or go crazy and fling ourselves over the dam.

The reason there is such short notice is because the river is EXTREMELY low right now and it's looking like it will stay that way for a few weeks. There's almost double the terrain we normaly have because the water is so low!

Everyone is welcome-be SURE to wear sunblock and have plenty of water on hand .

The location is right on the Muhlenburge/Butler county line in a town called Rochester Kentucky. It does have freashly paved parking areas and is directly off highway 70.

Here's a Map Quest link to Rochester:

PM me if you want the address/phone# of your best bet for a hotel.

I'll try to get some pics of the current state of things in the next few days.

Cya there *****'s

Woo Hoo! I'll be there!

Seriously good crawlin' at the dam! Especially now that the water is down.

You can wander around for hours and not hit the same spot twice.. Hell, I can't even find some of the same spots twice!

I can find Heavy's Hill tho.....

....but that ain't it.

We need to get some pics up. I never imagined, at the last comp, that it would look like it does now.

Unbelievable!

In all honesty the water is as low as I have ever saw it.Last sunday me and heavy started crawling at abot 4 pm and crawled till almost 10 pm and never hit the same spot twice.we started at the damn and went almost all the way to the boat ramp so we had another hour or 2 to go.It is gonna be awsome so if at all possible show up you wont regret it.I also plan to have a bbq grille there for anyone to use.and some of the e z up sun shelters for shade just in case.
