Wheres your chassis? In my experiance Force tubes do not take hard hits very well, might want to reinforce them somehow.

Take it off some good jumps, you'll see, there is a reason I have a stockpile of those things.

Are you talking about the axle housing or the hub carrier housing??

Both, and the knuckles break rather easy too. Have you found good replacements for those?

No, but If the hub carriers keep breaking I could get the hub carriers made from Delrin or aluminum.

Ill see how it does with a 35mph curb hit

I don't no how, or what you are doing to them to break them. My Twin, in stock form, was beat to hell. It was jumped off of a 5 foot loading dock at speed and end over end barrel rolled with NO problems. Many times at that.

Sorry for your bad luck with the axles. There is no stronger straight axle built out there yet though.

Talking with Patrick in Utah,he's went through ALLOT of knuckles,RC4WD being one of them. These were all on his Clod if I remember correctly, never the less,He does RUN his stuff. If it'll hold up to Patricks driving,it will hold for nearly anyone.

The cast factory knuckles,I can see Patricks point....the cast aluminum ain't the best choice in material. I've had good luck so far with mine, only broke a few. Billet knuckles built to fit Twin axles with a little beef added in certain spots would be ALLOT better.

Good looking build you got going Anthony,I like it. I wanna build a racer, but I wanna build a new super also. What to do....

Did a Little bit of work today, nothing special. just deanodized the axial tranny spacers and assembled the tranny. I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon.

Looks like the slipper does move the gear away from the transmission a bit. Also, you should have gone 12 bolts, I don't think 6 will be enough.
