Yup I have them dialed in! I epoxy the aluminum tube to the lock out pieces and let dry I the use tuck tape on the out side tube to get a great snug it that goes into the Kyosho housing tube. It's slick. I cut and weld the axial rear shaft to length and sleeve it and weld. Pretty sweet and I didn't break the bank to do it.

just a heads up twissted. the shark fins are not going to last on that size of a rig. here is a couple things that i found work best.

Yup I agree I will make a aluminum bracket just like the pair I did up front but a longer tab so that the hole lines up with the shark fin. I need it as it is because of the off set pumpkin. I love the work shown. It really is nice to see that others have done a lot of work to make a better axle.

Im building a truss similar to the 4th pic down that joeyf posted for mine.

You could also use the freestyle RC link mounts as they have a front and rear location if you wanted to as well.
