150 lb test!!! BWAAAAHHAHAHHAHA BWAHAHAHAAHAH http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:...ag/Dr_Evil.jpg |
Just installed the Yeah Racing Dark Drifter 6 LED kit.. the Controller plug is too thick to fit in a Spektrum DX3 reciever.. some widdle work and it fit right in, then the led's work.. but the flash sequence does not... im waiting to hear back from Yeah racing and the 3rd party vendor that i bought them from to see what we can do. |
These things are catching! Now I want to build a 1:6 scaler. Know anyone with a spare body they aren't using?;-) |
|
r u willing to sell that f-350 body? |
ok nvm they rnt urs !! |
ive just searched and found those on ebay by searching "body" under radio controlled |
Looks sick Mike! That thing must be HUGE, the All T's look small. |
yeah.. im going to wiegh it one of these days. shes got some grunt to her! everyone loves how the body sounds when you scrape it against the rocks! http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...rcCrawl085.jpg |
Hey Twisted XT, Did you use the inside of the Nylint tires for the outside edge on the Revo wheels? The inside (larger ID) bead fits without mod? Isn't the outter bead ID smaller the the inside? So you trimmed that bead out? Can you post or email some pics of what you did? THX!! |
http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...0307081431.jpg trimmed the revo rim down to the width i desired, then trimmed the nylint tires to fit.. theres a lip you can follow to trim that worked out nicely. took glue to hold her in.. works good. |
Man That thing is huge and cool!"thumbsup" I just built my Wife a 1/8th scale Jk 4dr 2.2...and I thought that was big. |
thats cool, tires are too small, or lower it a bit. |
Update with the new wheels and tires? |
Yeah some revo or maxx rims would be the ticket. 2.2's are under a 14 inch rim to scale which is why they look tiny. Also needs a fuzz more track width to give it some fill. |
i think that id go with the proline 30 series with badlands http://prolineracing.com/images/PRODUCT/medium/539.jpg here is the 30 series compared to a standard 2.2 on two different T4's http://prolineracing.com/images/prod...ium/491_3_.jpg http://prolineracing.com/images/PRODUCT/medium/468.jpg |
