This is a custom build that includes 4 tlt axles,2 hilux chassis,front and rear steer,wheele king tranny for a transfer case and a emax tranny powered by a holms 10t puller After building 3 cardboard bodys i started cutting plywood 1/16,1/8 and 3/16 and this is what i came up with heres a quick vid of the launcher 20120307_171116.mp4 video by Free2bmenotyou - Photobucket And a link to the body build pics Scud build pictures by Free2bmenotyou - Photobucket After i do the tear down to get the chassis welded together ill do a rebuild set of pics This is what im going for And it will launch rockets mostly estes c's and d's but i also have a few aerotech g80 10t's kickin around Thanks for lookin |

With enough channels you could hoist the missle and fire it remotely It would look scale as hell if the Testors rockets didn't launch so fast. Hopefully you won't set it on fire!! |

this thing is coming along nicely, the pics dont do it justice.. mark has built a rc launch setup on a 1/10 trailer and it works pretty nice but this is to the next level..start with estes and maybee aerotechs next

Well i got a bit more work done,The com box is done and mounted (im hiding the elcetronics in there 2 rx,esc,bec and maybe 1 of the 3 batts i need) Heres how i got my fenders on And this is how she looks now And yes i know my tire is almost off Now the hard part |

Started on the rear part and ran into a big issue that made me have to rebuild the launch mount so i had to lift it up almost 3 inchs and as of now Made a quick 55 gallon drum with some scrap kickin around Rockets next |

Well i found a spinning top(stole it from my grandson) and riped it apart and user the bottom for this Made this with a old pull rod from a plane and some thin wire from the buck store quick shoot of my paint booth got some new old tires and hit up the rims with paint worked out to $ 30 for 8 used badlands 4 stock ax10 rims and 2 bnib sand paws Blast sheld for launch mount servo front bumper for now not built me(might fab a new 1) And the power plant (its tierd but still beats the shit out of anything else i have) Love to find some new brushes hh10t Time to drill holes and hook her up and then maybe a vid Last edited by menotyou; 03-28-2012 at 10:04 PM.
