It looks great! How much clearance do you think you'll have between the back of the cab and the front of the trailer when turning?

That rig looks sweet! Just a note though.. I see this with every crawler hauler so dont think I am singleing you out, but the semi tractors tires are much larger than the rock crawlers? And if you have ever been in a real van trailer you would know that you can barely squeeze a normal car with the mirrors on in the back end let alone a crawler.
Just purely an observation, I am sure there are custom rigs out there, just curious is all.

Anyway, the craftsmanship looks supherb, The lights offer a nice touch and Im loving the frame also!

DJ,

Looks great. I noticed one of your marker lights on the visor isn't working. Do you plan to install lights in the backs of each mirror and on the tops of the front fenders?

This thing will look amazing when all lit up at night. Makes me wish I lived near you just so I could snap some cool night shots of it.

Yeah you're right. One is already burnt out.I stepped up the volts just a tad. Those lights run on 4.5,and I ran them at 6.They're brighter at 6.Anyways the trailer will have a bunch on lights too.No light on the mirrors...for now .Wait till you see how bright the inside of the trailer is.

Hey DJ, you know you can throw a resistor on there, to step down the voltage a tad. I ordered a shiat ton of LEDs from LSdiode.com and TC gave me this really cool site : http://led.linear1.org/led.wiz which calculates what type of resistor you need

What, drink lots of beverages, work a bit 'til smething goes wrong, have a few more beverages figuring out the problem, try to fix it, while drinking some more, then drive home.... you know what happens.

Easy fella,I don't have the gas or the right "colors" to be driving over to the westside. You'll be taking pictures for the trailer vinyl art.I need an awesome camera if I'm going to blow the pictures up 300%.
