Talking GI Wraith Jeep

So JUST bought this. The price was RIGHT, came with a hacked FlySky3, 2 2200 3S Lipos.
Speed Passion Sensored 17.5 Brushless ESC, complete lighting system, and winch.
First impression is he did a good Job fabricating. I needs MUCH longer shocks, as the stock Wraith shocks can't handle the weight or length.

It's got 2 axial transmissions, so I need to swap out to a transfer case. Also plan on making a rear bumper/slider.
Also want different tires, but would like to know what works, looks best on these.

Anyway, enjoy.

Some pictures I took. See how wraith skid was attached, and the second trans. The motor shifted and the spur gear isn't aligned now. But that mean I get to take it apart. Have to almost take the front end out to get to the 4 motor hexs. Gonna switch out the polished trans upfront, and order a transfer case from rc4wd.

Looks like a good purchase, and not a bad job getting that second trans in there as a transfer case, didn't have to cut the floor boards. Could have cleaned up the cuts better, but still looks better than the way I hacked mine up.

I plan on doing some body work with styrene, and actually painting the entire thing HAZE GREY! As a 8 year Navy Vet, this will be the Shore Patrol Jeep. Was also thinking about rear steering. Without me doing an obviously quick search, does it help?

I think rear steer is a personal choice, I don't know personally because I have never run a rear steer vehicle. I too, need to start adding some styrene, mainly for the trans hump. I've been through all the jeep build threads here, and I don't remember seeing rear steer on a Jeep, so yours would be unique. Some of the 6x6's and larger buggies have it.
