at a 19" wheelbase I think you're gonna be making your own or adding to an existing chassis

probably will need 2.2 wheels and tires at that size and some serious drivetrain parts

got any pics of the body? sounds huge!

Sorry I didn't get back to you over the weekend. I don't have the time to post everything I did to build mine all at once. Before you do anything you need figure out what type of drive system your going to use then a frame. I had mine custom made by BPC Chassis: Bp Custom Chassis Webstore - Home. You need to talk to them over the phone more than likely and ask about Norton's streched chassis. The lower links were custom cut by R2j, he's on the forum. 2.2 tires and wheels, AR60 axles etc. Your biggest issue will be getting drive shafts long enough. Not even going to get in to that!!!
Hope you have a decent amount of money, patience and knowledge of building a crawler. I spent about 4 months building mine and had a fully built Ridgecrest to start from. I'll check back here to see how your doing.

How long are your driveshafts? My rear shaft is 6.5" from trans output to pumpkin, I went with a 5.9-7.5" Punisher. And they do take a lot of time. I purchased my Willy's at a garage sale in July 2014, but didn't actually start working on it 'til August, and it's just now getting to the finish line. Still need a couple scale odds and ends, and a new driver, but I'll be ready for the rocks come Spring.

And then there's Bart bender that started his in 2008, and he's still working on it.

Just about 8" in the front and almost 8.5" in the rear. I never like Punishers, sloppy and weak (Imo) I went with MIP's, long male end and added to the female ends. Basically two long male ends and 4 female ends cut and welded together. I also left the VP dig unit on to make the rear long enough, and of course to turn better. Also used 6mm outputs.

Don't forget, this has a 19.5" wheelbase and is 25" long.

The little spare tire looks silly! It doesn't look very scale with a spare tire that is to small even for the wheel wells that the truck has. The frame build is great though.
Do you have the mirrors to go back on?
