Air shocks? sounds pretty cool, if they're any good I might want to try them. I would also like those aluminum beadlocks, and when it comes out, the Ripper Micro Raptor Chassis.

But what I would really want to see is lower gearing (and less wobbly) options, slipper lock-out, high-torque motors, different tires and off-set wheels. I'm not too big on the scale bodies.

Yum yum ... those rims are D-licious. Where can I get those ... by the way, do they come with a few millimeters offset. I'm building a scale chassis and would like a little more wide.

3.7V 400mAh sounds about right for some good runtimes and low speed. anyone got a video of how these run with 1cell lipo? but is it to big in size?

Watch this video,

Abusement Park

the orange flamed Micro Raptor V8E shown was running a 1S2P 560Mah lipo....same 3.7V...but a few more Mah.

I also run a Heli battery like the one you linked too, it will fit on the back deck if you use a spacer to get it above the link mounts (it's to wide to fit inside of them)....good battery.
A good spacer is to use some 3M Duo Lock for fasteners, raises it just enough to clear and keeps your battery secure (it's kinda like velcro on steroids!)
Here's a pic of the Heli Batt on the back of my Veloci-Raptor

does that keep the wheel speed down more like a crawler motor? i guess i could try to mod the stock battery in to a 3 cell. should be around 3.6v but without the amps of a lipo i am guessing.

To be honest they are not worth the money....they take a lot of work to get them to work, you have to cut the springs....but they do have nice strong thick shafts.....my stockers with cut springs work better and smoother
