Default Micro bug / chevy van 2 micros

Well had this posted at scale 4x4, and now will post it here

heres the other build
http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/showthread.php?t=42916

well the bug body is now on the shelf for the 2nd micro crawler thats on its way, With this on I am now, making a scale 4x4 chevy van, The van started life as a show winning static model that i built 10 years ago, after a fall the body mated with the losi, I stretched the rear drive line an in stalled mini lst ball cups for the new links, in the process of replacing the shocks as on broke.

MT baja tires, found some in a old kit that will glue right on to the losi wheels, there nice and soft and should work well.

MORE MODS DONE, NEW 300 MH LIPO, FOAMS REMOVED, SOLDER WRAPPED AROUND THE RIMS IN THE FRONT.

I'm not into vans myself but that is a very nice looking build so far. What are your plans for mounting the body?

no rear steer, the body is mounted right to the losi frame, in the back of the van houses the esc and 7.4 lipo.

nice, I have the same body, not sure I would use for this, but it will look good! Might need to use a xmod and put the van body on it for a tow vehicle, I have a trailer, too.

mine wasn't, I think it was a Revell though. It came with a Nascar trailer.
