| red indicator on receiver?
On the stock battery pack I was only getting a red light on the receiver. Ive switch to lipos now using a 2s 1200 pack and now the receiver shows a red and green light. WTH does the red light mean??

It is doing exactly what you are questioning, showing that the system is running on lipo, don't worry, and enjoy the power |

| It has lipo detetction, based on voltage, plug in a pack that reads 8.4v fully charged (a fully charged lipo is 4.2v\cell not under load) and the esc knows there is a lipo connected and runs lipo mode with cut off, connect a 4.8v pack and it knows it is nimh and gives only the red light indicating nimh mode with no cutoff.
