Default 25c lipo a bit much for a 1/24 scale crawler?

Its time to upgrade my new losi MMRC battery
from searching around the most popular and cheapest is the Aero-nuts. however they are out of stock of 2s lipos for the micros that will fit

so after more searching the next cheapest i found

these

$3.96 http://www.himodel.com/electric/HiMo..._Balancer.html

$4.85 http://www.himodel.com/electric/HiMo..._Balancer.html

however both are 25c continuous discharge with 40c burst (heli batteries)
the Aero-nuts is only 12/20 will this make low speed crawling twitchy with the stock esc/radio ?

other than some free mods its stock for now but i have a 1/20 and 1/24 body on the way to try out
so maybe it will be fine with the new weight?

will this make the wheel speed a bit to much?

I had planed to go to brushless in the future but now wonder
if this batt would be a bit to much

thanks in advance!

I've got this Thunder Power RC 2s 350mAh 20c 7.4v lipo

It works great, has a little more wheel speed because it isnt 4.8v, but lasts forever. I've only charged it about 3 times since i got it (about 2 months ago)

You havent been crawling the micro much have you? I run the 480mah version of that battery on my crawler and although I do agree that it last a respectable amount of time, I run it out after two medium length crawl sessions.

spoo76, My battery is 20c cont and 40c burst and it feels fine to me although others complain about not having low speed control. For the price, pick one up and see how you like it. Its not like you are spending $30+ like the batteries in 2.2's

My thoughts exactly, and between combined shipping i went crazy and got

1S 3.7v 25C 330mah
2C 7.4v 25c 330mah
2 lipo alarms 1 for my Mini LST (stock esc ) and the other for the single cell on the McRC
2 1300mah 7.4v 25c for the MLST ($12 each why the heck not)
small cheap balance charger
7.4v 2200mah stick pack for my Tmax starter ( I hate pull starts lol)
each battery was wrapped in thin foam wrap and then in mini ziplock bags
Shipping from china was 3 buisness days, I would think they had warehouses in the US with that speed but the return address was clearly china
All in all I am very happy and would order from them again

I havent tested run times much because the crawler is still apart, but they charged fine with no issues

i'm tempted to order another thunder a6 charger, or maybe the ac6 this time....they work really really well. but if i get that...then i'm gonna get 2 of the 330mah lipos, some heat shrink, a 10 pack of micro deans, and a 100cm servo lead to replace all the wire on the esc....lol...it adds up fast!

question though...they charge a 3.5% fee for using paypal...and it says they'll hold your order 5-7 days to see if it clears...did they do that to you?
