Smile Scale Bodies for Micro Crawler

New to here but have some ideas to share. All you guys hunting scale bodies for the Micro Crawler should look toward the Radio Shack X-Mods trucks. they had a F-150, Nissan Titan, and a Hummer, also had body kits for them to change appearence ( flares, bedrails, bedcovers, bumpers, rollbars and so fourth) also the spring sets for them work on the Micro-t so it's possible they'll work on them to(shorter than stock). Just thought I would pass this along.

Quite a few have already done this.
I would think the Kysho mini Z overland bodies would work as well
As far as xmod bodies I have seen on the losi McRC, F-150,Nissan,and the hummer

The good thing about going this way is its quick
I'm sure Not everyone feels like painting a body

Default Local Radio Shack

Check at some of your local Radio Shacks for the bodies, some of them have some extras in stock for sell, probably have to ask a salesperson. also check E-Bay, alot of stuff on there.

The xmods truck bodies look a little small on the micros dont they? I mean in order to look scale the body should be more like a 20th scale.. I have a box of micro bodies Hummers, Jeeps, Chevys, Fords.. etc.. from back in the day when I built x-trucks I prolly post a few in the BST here and over on Scale4x4.

I like the look of the 1:20 bodies with the wheels/axles better as well
more like a scale trail truck. I think a 1/24 body done right will just look like a truck with bigger tires or if you cut it right would be a much better rock crawler
