Default Rims /Tires soon please

Just got done adding weight to the front rims . what a fun task that was. I used cut down automotive wheel weights .worked out good except I f'ed up glueing one of them back on so now I want new tires and rims that are real bead locks . I know it would have just killed them to make the bead rings actually pin down the tire , that would just be to much to ask of losi, I guess . Also would be nice if a company made some glue that is a little more forgiving , I mean the glue just murders any chrome it touches . cant wait till the R.C. world is all done gluing tires , lets make it a thing of the past shall we .
has anyone found after market rims /tire options by proline? I would like to wait for proline stuff to come out .

There are i believe two options as of now. You can go with the Hot Racing or the new BWD stuff that isnt quite ready yet...So no on proline as of now, i hope we get more options but i will do anything to get away from glue at this point!

I agree for crawlers, but for other rc car/truck applications, beadlock wheels are just too heavy...

theres some one on here that modded their stock wheels, making them working beadlocks. i believe there is a thread in this forum on this.

The stock wheel beedlock works well. I followed the thread that was on here and the posts in the sticky mod thread and made my own beadlocks based on it. They work well. Not as good as real beadlocks but good enough. They hold fine, they just take a little time to get everything lined up right.

Here is the link for the PVC pipe beadlock mod. If it is something you are interested in or not. Some people use it and like it. Some people didn't. It worked for me so I posted it.Enjoy.
