Hey, Welcome to the site!

Here's a 1984 GMC 1/25 scale...this is the original issue & they usually go for quite a bit, but the reissue has a plain blue version on the box. Recently they've been selling for alot too, but check eBay every week with a 1984 GMC search under model kits. These used to sell @ Walmart for $8 not too long ago!

I saw one a while back that had a monster truck modle body on it. The bed was cut down in the front a little bit, but it looked pretty sweet. down side is its a hard body though. But might give you some dif ideahs though.

Hows it being a hard body a downside?? For the most of it all the bodies on these lil ones are gonna be hardbodies, model, toys trucks. etc...

Perhaps he is more into comp rigs than scale. in that case lexan might be a better choice

True.. ya got me there, If that what he's looking for maybe some slot car bodies would work.. I have a few but most are a racing style but with a little creative cuttin they could work for compers too.

Lexan
