Question Steering Throw Increase?

So, there I was playing around with the micro and I had a thought. These things happen, sometimes they hurt, but, thinking is bound to happen from time to time. So, once again, I have a question, or maybe even a challenge if no one has done it.

Is it possible to decrease the turning radius on the Micro? If so, how? And don't say, "By shortening the WB!" or "Adjusting the transmitter." Because, lets face it, that will help, but not in a good way.

So if anyone has any ideas on how to tighten my turning radius up, let me know. And if no one has looked into this, I hope one of the experts here can chime in and offer a solid suggestion.

And, just to note, I think the McRC may be the most fun RC car I have had, and that says a lot as my stable was up to 10 cars at one point. But for some reason, this little bugger just makes me smile.

I guess the problem is that tires will rub against the upper links when you increase steering throw.

One possibility is to change to another chassis that lets you move the shocks out of way and turn the upper links around so that links turns inwards instead of outwards.

The Raptor chassis lets you do this... and I saw another one called The pinch that also seems to do this

Well, the problem is mainly to do with having a locked front axle. A locked axle will push more than turn, two locked axles will push ... alot.
Flipping the upper links will get you some increase but for a little more switch to bent upper links, so the bend will run out. This will just allow the tires to turn more without contact, but the steering linkage will contact a mm later. Maximizing steering throw is the key but the McRC is pretty close to maximized as is. And now we know why digs are so popular, the only real way to get some serious steering is to unlock the axle differentials .. something that won't be happening on the McRC.
