Default first crawler

Bought my son his first crawler, a Losi micro and he has already twisted off the hex on one axel. Has anyone else had this problem? Just wondering if it is a common thing or just a freak incident?

the hex or the wheel nut? I didnt think the motor had enough power to twist the hex when in a bind

anyway you can buy the 7mm hex separately if you need to

he twisted the hex that fits into the gear in diff, the one that meshes into the worm gear, I am not sure if he did it while driving it or if he tried to turn one of the wheels by hand but have a feeling he was holding one wheel and tried to turn the other and broke it off.

I have a feeling its just one of those deals where something broke, or he personally did it.

Ive taken my micro comp and held it by one tire before and went full throttle and just let it swing on 2s lipo and didnt hurt it lol.

He must have twisted it himself then, I didn't see him do it so I can't say for sure but it would seen this is the case. I like his micro so much that I want one now...lol

they are addictive lol. Im sure he just tried to rotate the wheel itself or roll it,worm gears don't like that.
pick up the spare parts and get another micro crawler and have a micro comp with your son
