Default What remote to use.

Ok. I'm working on four wheel steer now. I've seen on youtube guys have there micro driving like a crab and also like a caterpillar bulldozer. Im not sure what the correct terms would be, but what I'm wondering is how many channels would u need three or four. Do you also prefer a pistol or stick controller. What controller r all of u crawler guys using

I haven't gone four wheel steering yet, but I find the stock radio more than adequate, so far. I tried using my Spectrum DX2.0 and noticed the trim on both the throttle and the steering were way off.

If you are planning to build a caterpillar bulldozer you will have alot of room around the middle where the motor and gear box is so you could put 1 servo in the middle and link to steering links to the front and to the back...Like this:

he wants independant 4ws ,

i would say spektrum dx3e for the money and youll need a tiny rx and esc hobby king has both http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=12586

use the third channel on the linear setting to control your rear steering independantly from the front
