If you have experience with both, let me hear your thoughts. |

IMO.... 1s just plain sucks, no power, no wheelspeed. 2s Plenty of power, plenty of wheelspeed. On 2s some complain about no low end control, i run my micros on a DX3S so i get good control. Stock spur is 54t, i plan on trying a 56t just to see how that goes cause i love my wheel speed, gotta have it for the course i comp on. |

Having a good radio though helps a little bit, you can adjust certain settings to make it more manageable, I use a DX2.0 myself. The stock radio is capable of slow speeds on a 2s just takes a wee bit of practice. | |

I had both in and actually prefer the 1S. I'm more of a technical crawler and have never really wanted the extra wheel speed. I like to go slow and for a long time, so I opt for lower voltage batt's and higher mah ratings. When I had the 2S it was far too fast and difficult to do slow, technical crawls. It was more of a bashing speed for me. So I swapped from a 800mah 2S to a 650mah 1S and love it. It's just like stock speed with super long run times. Like around an hour. |
