Default Some Battery questions

Hey Im finally looking to buy some batteries to use with my Ac6 charger

http://www.hobbypartz.com/thac6smbachw.html

I had 2 losi 180s from a micro T, but lost one somehow in a pair of pants either getting my keys or who knows.

Question is, I just seen a battery on ebay that labeled the Balancing connetor to Charger and the Plug to the Esc. I thought they both got hooked into the charger at the same time.

Heres what Im looking at, and I really like how they have micro deans already on them, and the price is about right since Hobby King is backordered out the wazzo and I dont feel like waiting til July to have batterys.

Only .2A charge rate which is ok I guess

Or these 3 Mix and match, prolly go for the 3 250s because anything over 40mm Is really long in my eyes Edit: Prolly the 280s just noticed they are the same size!
