Default What size/type battery do you prefer?

So far I have ran the stock battery, 400 mah li-po 3.7 V batterys, and just recently a 250 mah li-po 7.4 V.

I have found that I really prefer my one cell 400 mah li-po (3.7V) batterys. I get a good amount of run time, plenty of pop when needed, and can feel when the battery starts to dip in power better so I do not run it too dead. But most of all I have much more throttle control at low speeds.
The Thunder Power 7.4 V battery I have has so much discharge power (20 c constant, 40c burst ) that it kind of scares me to run, really afraid I am going to spin gears or worse when I really bind a tire in the rocks.

So I was wondering what you all use and why?

I have that same Thunder power (2s 250mah lipo), have yet to do any damage to the truck, and the extra oomph is fantastic.

I just ordered a couple of ProTeck 7.4/240mAh batteries from AMain for my micro. Has anyone used them before? How did the do and fit?
