| Oil filled shocks on SMC + Chassis's
I've had these oil filled shocks that were installed on my Micro T about 3 years ago. I noticed that when I mounted my custom H2 body and drove at high speeds over some what flat terrain. The suspension seemed bouncy. So I had an idea to mount these shocks to relieve this issue and add some real dampening. I mounted the front shocks of the Micro T cause they were just the right size for the chassis. I only mounted the shocks on the rear of the chassis. It seems to tame the bouncy rear end and reduce the body roll when hitting bumps at high speeds. Also does not effect the suspension articulation. In fact it helped relieve the suspension sag that concerned me. |
