Default Trekker parts on Micro crawler

Always wanted a wider stance on my Micros. So I looked at the parts list on my Trekker Ins and found the axles and hex's were longer and would fit the Micros. Turned out awesome, they work far better than the stock setup. Now they don't tip over near as easy, Losi should have used these to begin with. Here's some pics

The parts you will need to do this.

Size difference from stock to Trekker.

Installed.

Same width as the Trekker, I also mounted up some Trekker wheels to give it more clearance.

Group shot, both Micros converted to wider stance setup. Black Hummer is the Trekker.

Good idea, I was definitely looking for ideas on how to widen my BND. Thanks for the tip I will be doing this to mine when I stretch the wheelbase.

Hopefully you dig it as much as I do.

I haven't been fortunate enough to get a trekker yet but i was wondering. could you use the BWD wideners with the trekker hex nuts? they would have to be stacked on top of each other but from all the photos i've seen it looks as if it would work. just a thought

Not sure, never used BWD's before. The Hex nuts are the same size as the Micros. Only difference is there wider, don't know if that helps you at all.
