Default AMP draw of stock motor?

Hey all,

Looking to make a robot. Have to know the AMP draw of the motor before I order the h-bridge. I am thinking this is just a Mabuchi FA-130 motor. Those draw about 200ma, which means I can easily get away with a SN754410. Does that sound about right?

Thanks!

I think they are even smaller than that ... The 130 is considered the big block of micro's and requires modification to fit.

this really doesnt answer your question but Im assuming that you have a micro motor and a transmission sitting around.

if you dont and are just looking for a motor and gearbox.

Ahhhhh...great. So that means even less current. OK, I'm happy! Thanks!
