I measured the trail trekker ones and several aftermarket ones. They are all around 1.95" to 1.98" so I was off a little.

So what are the Losi stock tires?
I was looking at RC4WD Mickey Thompsons which according their website are 2".
If the Losi's are at or a hair under, no real point in buying new tires.

The problem with the stock tires, though, is that they don't grip very well. So yeah, if you're buying for size, the Mickey's aren't going to net you any ground clearance. But they are a stickier compound and have a much more aggressive tread pattern, especially when you flip them around backwards. They have a deeper tread pattern and bigger lugs, plus more grip on the sidewalls, too. Definitely an improvement over stock tires, especially once you add some weight to them. I'm running the RC4WD beadlocks with the Baja Claw TTC's and they have tons of grip.
