Default BWD Mirco Wedge

I was tryin to buy a mirco wedge kit for the longest with no luck so i just found a used one, i bought it from dickyt he did a great job setting it up and built other links only thing i have changed so for is rRc4wd Beadlocks and swampper boggers i took from my other micro here are some pics and a video! i have the bwd dub topper on the way!!! so tell me wht you guys think! thanks again dickyt! dont forget to rate and comment!!!!

Well i have some mclows on the way so i did the danally mod to some stock rims i have, then painted them, then glued the beadlocks to the inside i think they turned out pretty good i put the old tires back on just to see how they look, here are some pics

Well heres a little something i got the other day in the mail its the v2 micro wedge dub topper im waiting to get the v2 chassi upgrade so i can mount the cab, i sure hope everything clears in full flex does anyone else have this setup? only one ive ever seen was on the bwd website. heres a teaser pic!!!

[popcorn] cant wait to see how this one plays out! and for the link you use 2/56 all thread, 1/8 aluminum tubing for better looks (optional) and either mini t ball cups or associated ball cups. i like the losi because they are black the associated cups are clearish white

That's what I thought u ment about 7/8 in the front and 5/8 in the rear.

Well i got the McClaws mounted 50 bbs in each front and about 30 in each rear i like the size of the tires, but im thinking they are almost to soft they dont side hill well at all, so here are some pics, tell me what u guys think!!!

i just set the body on for some pics

This is what it will kind of look like after i get the v2 chassi upgrade, its just sittin now....

Yea I did that with my Losi comp crawler it had a monster can hood and roof, cans are super thin only worked good on my lcc because I folded all the edges for strength. I'm sure I could make some but I don't know how well they would work, kinda wanted to keep the cab as light as possible, I know it wouldn't make that much of a difference but just some thoughts I know it's about half the weight of the body that was on it. so I'm doing better there.

Looks like more wheelbase length could help a little.
I think +1CM on the front and back looks good, and performs well with the Miclaws.
Something to think about when building your custom links .

Yeah i was gonna stretch the rear out but not the front, well here are a couple pics of the cab mounted to the v2 chassi i have some black on black bwd micro vertex rims i found on the way, so more to come!!!!

if you do not stretch both sides the same length the chassis will not be level
