Has any body tried to put Miclaws on a doubled wheel?

I was crawling around the rock pile and thinking about ways to further widen the rig. I've got stock wheels with the danally mod so it's a lot wider than it started. I don't really want to go throught the hastle of widening the axles though. Has any one tried doubling the wheels and putting miclaws on the doubled wheel? Kind of like a double danally'd wheel. It looks like it would fit because the miclaws skinny in a bit for the stock wheels. I don't have a spare set of tires to see if it would work or not. Any thoughts?

Totally do-able. But the scrub radius would be horrible. If it's just needing a little wider, add the Lavacap wheel wideners. I tell u tho...it will be crazy steering. I think I plan on selling widened axle shafts until someone comes up with one. It is honestly the way to go. The width with the axle widened and a small spacer is actually wider than the Danally rim mod...by around 1/4".

I saw the new wheel widener kits, those things look bad ass! I just can't justify $42 for 6mm. I'm trying to budget a little better these days. What do you think the longer axles will cost?
