New trekker fj and hummer body finds!

I found some new bodies for my new trekker at Ross! Just over $10 each and both have really detailed bodies. I'm wondering if you guys have an good ideas for mounting them, I think I'm
Gonna start with the fj. This is my first post on this very informative site so far!
both bodies have the exact wheelbase as the trekker!

Thoes metal or plastic bodys?

There both actually surprisingly very lite plastic. The hummer has a metallic paint job and the fj is just yellow plastic with painted details.

The wheelbase on the fj is pretty much a perfect match for the trekker which has a 4.8" wheelbase, the hummer is maybe 4.9" or 5" at the most. Both include front and rear led's that im gonna try and see if there bright enough before messing with putting a bigger size in.

Ill have to check what company they are but I found them at a store called ross, its a pretty big chain store so you should have one fairly close id assume. yeah i dig the fj a lot more then the hummer but for only 10 bucks i couldnt pass up getting the hummer to incase i ever want it for some type of micro scale build. I think ive found a way to mount the body also, the semi scale interior happens to sit perfectly on the chasis where the battery and esc used to be now that i moved those to the front and the back of the chasis. Ill try to get some more pics up soon showing details and it roughly sitting on the chassis.

had to look for a bit because another very close looking one is by Dub City but that one is metal.

its cheaper on E-bay, but I like not having to use paypal for things, just one more place to shuttle money and card information to.

Thanks I like how it looks to, I found one that had the same color as the hummer I got so I might pick that one up as a back up to. I really like the yellow to so I think I'll leave this one be. And that's the right one on amazon but if you can find a Ross near you with one it only cost me $11 bucks for it there. I've almost got it all ready to drive now that I have the battery and esc moved to the front and back so ill be trying it soon on the rocks. It's set up for a droop setup which I like since it doesn't look super jacked up but still can go through most stuff. Ill post up any pics when I drive it, I'm planning on having my photographer girlfriend try to take some super nice pics of it!

i was wondering if anyone has a cheaper price as amazon is $34 plus postage. Does anyone have a ebay link. i have tried searching and i can find is MAISTO TECH but these are $35 plus.

I found them on eBay for 20 something. I think if you search 1:24 scale licensed fj cruiser it should come up on that first page somewhere. I might order the black one off eBay to use also

searched 1:24 Fj cruiser and found alot of the metal ones, added RC to the end and got the right ones.

I've gotten the body trimmed how I'd like it mostly and I've attached it using some Legos which actually works really well, I ran it and with the droop suspension there was a tiny bit of rubbing at full articulation but not much at all.
