The 39 chevy rally rig was a joke awhile back

Its sitting on sumo gear now & might stay that way for my oldest son, he wanted a mean looking mud slinger. When he gets better at throttle control I will drop some more power into it for him.

I tried the full size servo motor mod that Gamyrc had in his vids to see how good it would work & it works great!

I will try & get some vid of the raptor up today if my new camera shows up

Im glad the servo motor upgrade helped you out. I hope you dont think of me as a spammer anymore Naw but seriously, all issues with the forum aside, Im not sure if youve seen it yet, but I did the whole servo swap in place of the original transmission and worked out real good, that way you get metal gears, and well, if you wanted to go crazy you could use a real good high end servo to do it and you would end up with a sumo that would just destroy your axles!

By the way for the servo motor in original gearbox to be reliable put some 2mm washers on that space between motor and gearbox, it keeps it stable and gears mess better keeping them from stripping after using for a while.
