My experience is limited to a gear case, shock springs and drive shafts for a Traxxas Stampede. So far I am not impressed. The gear case has too much play in the bearings and the diff. The drive shafts are really nice, but they only came with one grub screw for each side. If I ran it they way they sent it to me, I would rip them off on my first launch. So after I add another grub to the other side of each I'll let you know. The shock springs are great. On the traxxas forums people tend to like HR. Most of the people there also don't buy metal gear cases because they are more of a shelf queen type of investment. Thus, their experience is with pinions and a-arms etc. |
